Chi hails from Tokyo 🇯🇵, a mother and pianist, based in London since 1998 she has been instructing multiple formats in major private gyms since 2000.

A first generation Fight Klub and GymBox instructor, she has popularised her own punch-kick combo class—CHI FITE. Chi is fully versed in the language of core training with tubes, straps and even towels. A playlist and footwear change later, Chi can chassé and flutter like a butterfly through 60 minutes of CHI AERO—seamlessly and immaculately. Les Mills-qualified, of course, and deeply experienced in all formats since 2000, she has it all in the locker.

Known in London for her technical breadth and precision, and dedication to her fitness career, Chi is a private person sheltered from the limelight. Consistently training private clients towards their goals, she has been an instructor and inspiration to many of her peers. Technical requirements 

~ a device connected to the internet
~ Zoom — a free app to be downloaded safely from zoom.us
~ setup your app, and run a test call with a friend


The Zoom Invitation Process 

~ I review all bookings and payments on Sunday
~ All-in class pass users — all 9 Zoom invitations will be sent to your inbox at the beginning of the new week
~ other class pass and single users — each Zoom invitation will be sent to your inbox prior to each class
~ accept the invitation
~ be ready at your screen for the scheduled class


The Class On-Screen 

~ you’ll see me and any other trainer whose camera is on
~ you’ll hear me and my music, but no one else

~ I will interact with you, and all other trainers throughout the class
~ I will give training intensity options to anyone who needs them
~ if you prefer to train with your camera off, that’s fine


Who can join

~ my on-screen class prices are per household so family members, housemates and pets are all welcome to join my classes on a single login
~ beginners
~ experienced trainers
~ new trainers are welcome anytime

Class Passes

~ available and valid for classes within the week, Monday to Sunday
~ bookings can be exchanged for any other class within the same week, Monday to Sunday
~ All-in class pass users can attend classes at will, without booking


Refunds & Exchanges

~ refunds cannot be given
~ single class bookings cannot be exchanged

A low impact, non-contact fight-training routine comprising classical martial art and boxing moves.

A demanding all-over body workout reaching .

CHI TONE-CORE-MOBILITY

Low impact, functional mid-section training followed by dynamic mobility exercises—and a deep stretch to finish.

• beginners

• mid-section (trunk) workout
• targeted training
• angle & speed variations

~ 60 min classes


Trainers can expect ~ 

• greater abdominal strength
• greater back strength

My take on the ever-popular Les Mills classic, I will vary the routines frequently, I will show you Combat!

Re-creating our well-known atmosphere at home, over screen, is no mean feat—but if you have a little space, a need to train, I recommend you get on this wave.

Get off the videos. Not to mention the bed, or the sofa. It’s better with others, and it’s here now, unlike our studios.

The future of everybody’s studio classes is uncertain, especially in the membership venues.

My own studio classes will restart when it is safe to do so. Bring it on!

Frequency ~
sessions are arranged on a regular, weekly or twice-weekly basis

The commitment ~
sets of 10 sessions (bookings valid for 80 days).

New client option ~
a set of 5 sessions as a trial (valid for 40 days)
